Our centres

Our centres

We have three centres in England and Wales – on the south coast, in the north of England and in North Wales. Each centre is a place for recreation, training and rehabilitation for blind veterans and their families. We provide professional support, care and training to help our members enjoy life beyond sight loss, starting by helping people understand the implications of their blindness.

What happens at our centres?

Each centre is slightly different, but they all help men and women who have served in the forces come to terms with their sight loss and build skills to live their lives to the full. We have an experienced and committed team at each centre.

Brighton offers holidays, respite, training, residential and nursing care, social activities and recreational activities.

Sheffield provides a welcoming family atmosphere for veterans on our residential training courses.

Llandudno provides holidays, respite care (residential and nursing) and training.
