Like all good farming businesses, NSA's work is under under constant review to ensure that the best possible use of resources is achieved and that activities are focussed and targeted. On a regular basis NSA's governing bodies, its Council and Executive Boards, review a strategic plan which forms the basis upon which all NSA's policy work is developed. NSA Officers, Committees and staff, carry out their duties on behalf of NSA with close reference to the aims and objectives as set out in the strategic plan, reporting back to the appropriate groups.
