All Council meetings will be held in public.

Exceptions are those which, due to the nature of the items discussed, have been deemed by members should be held in private.

If you would like to attend a meeting, please inform Siân Edwards or phone 029 2022 6257, five days before the meeting to ensure that sufficient copies of papers are available.

The Care Council for Wales is holding an event for service users and carers, and representative organisations.

The event will offer unique opportunities for open debate and discussion with service users, carers and representative organisations.

In a three day Conduct Hearing held between 21 - 23 April 2008 in Ewloe, near Chester, to consider allegations of misconduct brought against registered social worker, Ms Christine Rolfe, who previously worked for NSPCC Cymru/Wales, it was decided to admonish Mrs Rolfe for a period of one year.
