History and Achievements

The Business Services Association was formed in the early 1990s in response to the rapid expansion of business services within the UK economy, to focus on the concerns of the largest companies across the sector.

Since then we have established ourselves as the representative voice of major companies providing business-related services (including business-to-business and business-to government) and have taken a high profile role in representing and promoting the special interests of the sector within the UK and Europe.

High quality research drawing on the skills and expertise of BSA members, together with the support of our network of external partners and advisors, has reinforced the Association's position at the cutting edge providing new and innovative approaches to service delivery.
