As the main representative body for ambulance services, the ASA spends much time raising the profile of ambulance services. We do this through effective lobbying, which involves liaising with parliamentarians, public bodies, other professions and of course the media.
The ASA press office provides a number of services to journalists interested in ambulance services. Where appropriate, our Chief Executive Richard Diment may be available to act as a spokesperson on ambulance-related issues.
If you have a general media enquiry or need to speak to an expert within the ambulance service, the best thing to do is to send your request via email to:
editor@asa.uk.net. We can usually deal with enquiries immediately.
