  • Promote 20 mph as the default speed limit for residential and urban roads.

  • Achieve at least 10 Local Authorities implementing a default 20 mph limit on non-arterial roads.

  • Gain recognition that 20 mph in residential and urban roads is the most cost effective safety measure for our towns and villages.

  • Provide the www.20splentyforus.org.uk website as a central point of reference for the campaign for lower urban and residential speed limits.
