BNP's Griffin incites mob demo over gay right victory

Nick Griffin is being accused of inciting a mob to attend the house of a gay couple who won a crucial legal victory this week.

The BNP leader used Twitter to publish the address of Michael Black and John Morgan, who booked a double room at the Swiss Bed and Breakfast and started legal proceedings after they were refused a double bed.

"If anyone can give us address of the 2 bullying 'gay' activists who've won case v Christian B&B owners, we'll hold demo for rights of all home owners, gays included, to rent or not rent rooms to whomsoever they wish," Griffin tweeted.

Later, he wrote the couple's address and added: "A British Justice team will come up to Huntington & give you a bit of drama by way of reminding you that an English couple's home is their castle."

The tweet encourages BNP supporters and other fascist groups to attend the private home of the couple, who were awarded £1,800 each at Reading County Court for "injury to feelings".

The tweets are a possible breach of the Communications Act 2003, which find a person guilty of an offence if they send an electronic message of  "an indecent, obscene or menacing character".

Lib dem president Tim Farron commented: "Nick Griffins tweets are disgusting and he should hang his head in shame. I hope the Police look into this. Comms Act 2003 violation?"
