TV parenting expert Tanya Byron explains the government's Change4Life programme - its initiative to end England's snowballing obesity epidemic.

Dr Byron, best known for her TV work on Little Angels and The House of Tiny Tearaways, was also behind the Byron review into the harmful effects the internet and video games can have on children and young people.

Now she turns her attention to Change4Life, which has just been launched in a bid to prevent an estimated nine out of ten children being overweight by 2050.

Sedentary lifestyles are all too easy in 21st century England and, as Dr Byron points out, a healthier and happier future requires changes to the way we live.
