Hoodless fight back

Determined to show that all young people are not yobs, the national peer-group helpline Youth2Youth has launched a new web help-page.

Designed to coincide with the start of the exam period, www.youth2youth.co.uk, aims to provide 11-19 year olds with the opportunity to be helped by trained young volunteers.

Youth2Youth manager Peter Bradley said: “We are tired of teenagers receiving bad press as the problems are caused only by a minority. It is time Ministers and those in the media started to raise the profile of the positive contribution young people are having in today’s society.”
