Greater Manchester police: We know who the organisers of the riots are

Garry Shewan, assistant chief constable of Greater Manchester police, suggests that the force is aware of some of the "organisers" of last night's violence:

"I believe there was organisation last night.

"We know some of those organisers and we are going after them to arrest them.
