Clegg: North-south divide 'hasn't been shifted'

Nick Clegg, deputy prime minister, comments on the release of an Experian report that indicates that cities in the North of England are more vulnerable to the government's spending cuts.
"Even in the years of plenty over the last decade or so with a lot of government money going into areas of the north east, north west, and where I am an MP South Yorkshire, we still have not been able to shift that divide."
